Reviewer:  Melyssap1977@aol.com   Review Date:  10/17/03      Rate This Apartment     I have loved living here, the management has been great and the location is ideal. It is not far from downtown and it located between I65 and I24. So jumping on the interstate is just a hop skip and jump. It is a gated community so that has added.The property is very well taken care of and the residents are nice people. The pool was never busy and was always nice to take a swim. They do have a fitness romm here that is decent. All the apartments have a screened in porch...so if you have cats like I do then they will love. It keeps them from going outside into the parking lot. The apartment is very big...I have lived in Bellevue before this in 2 different complexes and by far have more square feet in a one bedroom. The one bedroom is reasonable priced and has almost 900 square feet. The layout is very open and the kitchen is great. The utility room could have been another bedroom...it is that big. Plenty of space. I never had a problem with trying to find somewhere to store stuff. Its a great deal and not very expensive.
